Miles Away

Horse show exhibitors searching for some early points this show season were in luck at the 2010 Zone 3 Zone-O-Rama, held in conjunction with the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado. Taking place January 11–13, spectators and competitors alike were treated to pleasant weather—certainly, a welcome break from typical Colorado winter conditions and the cold front that blasted many parts of the country.

“Colorado rewarded the people who came to the show with beautiful weather,” said Karen Banister, a trainer from Brighton, Colorado. “There were good horses and wonderful numbers in every event, even in the special-event classes. The National Western staff was very accommodating. It was a good place to be.”
