Two former queens relive memories made and lessons learned while serving as Miss APHA

For more than 20 years, pretty girls sporting a silver-and-turquoise crown were an iconic image of APHA. Miss APHA, as the association’s queen contest winners were named, was a powerful marketing and public relations tool for the Paint Horse breed, and through the years, 22 young women traveled the globe in order to spread the good news about the colorful breed.
