	The following disciplinary actions have been taken in accordance with APHA rules. Dates given are the dates action was taken. Rules designated are from the APHA's 2008 Official Rule Book, unless otherwise noted.
	February 14, 2008
		Caswell Ranches/Buck Caswell, Waldo, Arkansas, have been suspended for violation of Rules RG-105.C. and RG-110.D
	February 19, 2008
			Hector Rubio/Neighbors Farms, Muskogee, Oklahoma, have been suspended from the association in accordance with Rule GR-060.A.
	February 28, 2008
			Fred C. Loudon, Buckeye, Arizona, has been suspended from the association for violation of Rule RG-110.D. Darlene Briggs, Mexia, Alabama, has been suspended from the association for violation of Rule RG-110.D. Jill M. Bean, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, has been suspended from the association for violation of Rule RG-110.D. Howard and Tammy Kelly, Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, have been suspended from the association for violation of Rules RG-105.C. and RG-110.D. Patricia King and Gary Scoles, Redmond, Oregon, have had a letter added to their suspension file for violation of Rule RG-110.D. Robert Winford, Madill, Oklahoma, has had a letter added to his suspension file for violation of Rule RG-110.D. Colortime Farms/Debbie Denton, Melissa, Texas, have had a letter added to their suspension file for violation of Rule RG-110.D.
