Important Notice for Customers Who Use Ad Agencies

If you use an ad agency to design and submit your advertisements to the Paint Horse Journal, please be aware of Journal policies on late ads.

The deadline for agency ads received on disk (“camera-ready”) from an ad agency is later than the deadlines published in the Rate Card. The deadline for agency ads is typically five days later than the regular materials deadline. A complete schedule of deadlines for 2006 is posted in the table above with adjustments made for dates falling over weekends.

Effective with the April 2004 issue, a late fee of $25 per ad page per day is being charged for agency ads that come in late.
